1. Custom Products:
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been customized according to your specifications. Please carefully review your design and order details before finalizing your purchase.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or does not match the design you approved, please contact us immediately. We require that you notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will request photos of the issue to verify the problem and arrange for a replacement or a refund if necessary.

3. Error in Production:
If there is an error in the production of your item that was made on our part (e.g., incorrect design or printing error), we will gladly correct the mistake. We will either provide a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference.

4. Requesting a Return or Exchange:

5. Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final except in cases of defective or incorrect items as described above.

6. Shipping Costs:
If a return or exchange is approved due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs associated with returning the item and sending the replacement. For all other cases, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

7. Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement.
